Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy applies to all purchases made on currentaffairs365.com, operated by Aspirebase Technologies Private Limited. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Current Affairs 365 sells access to digital educational content— news summaries, practice MCQs, and a learning dashboard. Because this is a digital product with instant delivery, refunds are subject to the conditions described below.

2. Cancellation

Before payment

You may abandon a transaction at any point before confirming payment. No charge will be applied.

After payment — cancelling a subscription

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • You retain access to paid features until the period ends.
  • No partial refund is issued for the unused days in a billing period.

3. Refund Policy

General rule

Because our content is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds once content has been accessed. This is consistent with consumer protection norms for digital goods under Indian law.

Exceptions — when we will refund

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same subscription or order.
  • Access not granted: Your payment was successful but premium access was not activated within 24 hours.
  • Verified platform failure: A confirmed technical error on our side prevented you from accessing the service for the entire duration of your subscription period.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:

  • Your registered email address
  • Razorpay Payment ID (available in your payment confirmation email)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Failed or Pending Transactions

If your payment fails but your bank account shows a debit, the amount is typically auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. If it is not reversed within that window, contact us with your Razorpay Payment ID and we will coordinate with Razorpay to resolve it.

6. Chargebacks

Raising a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us is considered a breach of these Terms. We maintain complete and accurate transaction records and will contest illegitimate chargebacks with evidence.
