These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Current Affairs 365 (currentaffairs365.com), a platform owned and operated by Aspirebase Technologies Private Limited.
By creating an account or using the platform in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws of India. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Current Affairs 365 provides daily curated UPSC current affairs content, including news summaries, practice MCQs linked to articles, and a personal learning dashboard with reading history, quiz scores, and streaks.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Free features may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes to paid features.
Paid subscription plans, pricing, and features are listed on our Pricing page before any payment is initiated. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay Software Private Limited. By completing a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service. Accepted methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets as offered at checkout.
Premium access is activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation. A receipt is sent to your registered email address.
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary: digital content is non-refundable once accessed, except in cases of duplicate charges or failure to deliver access after payment.
All content on the platform — including articles, questions, summaries, UI design, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of Aspirebase Technologies Private Limited and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable intellectual property laws.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy in our current affairs content, we do not warrant that content is complete, error-free, or suitable for any specific examination outcome. Use of the platform for exam preparation is at your own discretion and risk.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Aspirebase Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or failure in an examination.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings. Refunds upon termination for cause are governed by our Refund Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email and display an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Deoghar, Jharkhand, India.
